RMHC & McDonald’s are helping children in your community everyday. Our local Owner Operators raise funds to support our grant making program. Grants are provided to organizations that support the health and well being of children. Childhood cancer is a serious situation and when a child is diagnosed with cancer parents experience confusion, anxiety, and fear. Ronald McDonald House addressed this need by supporting Stepping Stones with a generous grant. The program is designed to respond to family needs by offering a variety of psychosocial services that educate children and families. It brings families together and provides a support system for them. Stepping Stones is one of a few cancer psychosocial programs in the United States offering this level of care for children and their families.
