Executive Director: Elyse Brown

Director since 2002, Elyse brings over 25 years of experience in the management of nonprofit organizations. Elyse has a B.A. in English with Elementary Education Certification from State University of New York at Geneseo. She has continued her Masters level courses in Public Administration.

House Manager: Vickie Kennedy

Vickie joined RMHC-Norfolk in September 2008 and provides over 30 years of experience in banking management. In addition, Vickie attended Central Virginia Community College and American Institute of Banking.
